There are two extremes when dressing – plain and simple and overdone – and no outfit is finished until it's been properly edited. While I typically opt for solid basics and adding accessories for flair, I couldn't resist adding this gold and leather fringe necklace to this floral dress ... a fun fringed find from Forever21.
