Raw mousse

I finally tried my hand at a recipe I've been holding onto over the weekend. I whipped up some avocados into a decadent dessert – raw, vegan chocolate mousse. I'll admit I was skeptical, but it really was incredible and tasted just like dark chocolate mousse. It got me thinking of other healthy alternative recipes ...

Muffins
Raw, vegan carrot muffins (so delicious and dense, they're practically an entire meal!)


fries
Baked carrot fries. Dip them in ketchup (or my fave- ketchup mixed with tabasco) and you'll never know the difference!


icecream
Banana ice cream. Made with only three ingredients, it's he healthiest dessert!
